Hi, I’m Maggi, a Toronto-based Holistic Nutritionist. 

With so much noise in the health and wellness space, deciding what to eat to support health and well-being can feel incredibly daunting. I know how frustrating it can be to struggle with health issues despite doing everything ‘right’.

But nourishing ourselves can actually be super simple once we know the foundations of natural nutrition, which is what I teach through my 1:1 nutrition counselling and workplace wellness seminars. 

My approach is science-based, while also honouring my client's unique needs (we're all different!), and emphasizes balance, enjoyment and traditionally nourishing foods.
