Pancakes are a must for a slow weekend morning, but this recipe by Ambitious Kitchen is so easy you can even make it during the week (all you need to do to make the batter is toss all of the ingredients into a blender!). 

My friend Emily made these pancakes for a girl's weekend up north in Collingwood, and I’ve been obsessed ever since. Dairy and gluten-free (just be sure to use GF oats), they’re great for accommodating dietary restrictions when you’re cooking breakfast for a big group. Plus, they’re sweetened with bananas, so they don't contain any added sugars. Enjoy!
