white bean hummus
INGREDIENTS:
1 garlic clove
1 can of white cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup tahini
5 tbsp of lemon juice
1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the ingredients to a food processor (or blender) and pulse until smooth
Store the dip in the fridge in a small to medium tupperware for up to a week
