white bean hummus

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 can of white cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 5 tbsp of lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil

  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add the ingredients to a food processor (or blender) and pulse until smooth

  • Store the dip in the fridge in a small to medium tupperware for up to a week
