Making these banana oat muffins is as easy as throwing the ingredients into a blender! Since this recipe calls for oats instead of flour, they're great for people who are gluten-free (just be sure to use GF oats!). I usually add chocolate chips to the batter, but nuts like walnuts or pecans would be delicious, too. Enjoy!
