piña colada kefir smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup of pineapple

  • 3/4 cup of coconut or regular kefir

  • 1/2 tbsp glutamine (or collagen) powder

  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 ice cube

  • Splash of water

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender

  • Blend well and serve in a glass

  • Enjoy!
