piña colada kefir smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup of pineapple
3/4 cup of coconut or regular kefir
1/2 tbsp glutamine (or collagen) powder
1 tbsp flax seeds
1/2 banana
1 ice cube
Splash of water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all of the ingredients to a blender
Blend well and serve in a glass
